REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COMPLIANCE WITH MANDATORY E-INVOICING IMPLEMENTATION
As announced in Budget 2024, The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) has announced the phased implementation of the mandatory e-invoicing system set to begin in August 2024. In preparation for this transition, we are required to comply with specific IRBM guidelines to set up our e-invoicing system effectively. This setup is vital for maintaining seamless transactions and compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
We kindly request your cooperation in providing the necessary information to aid in our setup. Please “Start” and complete the required fields in the e-invoicing form.
Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could attach the required documents as specified in the form. Please submit the completed form and attached documents soonest possible to ensure a timely transition to the new system. Your prompt response will help prevent any potential disruptions in our mutual business activities.
